You may return any item you're not happy with within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping. We'd prefer that you visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it and get your money back. We stand behind our products. Back Order Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is back ordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

GUIDELINES FOR SHIPPING ORDERS PLACED ON THIS SITE:

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt.  However, travel cases will be assembled upon receipt of order and require 5-10 business days to process, especially during the busy season. If for some reason an order cannot be filled exactly as requested, we’ll contact you within 24 hours. (Weekdays only of course)

Travel case orders are shipped via UPS ground from Phoenix, Arizona. The rates for UPS ground shipping are based on your distance from Phoenix and the weight of the items purchased. This charge will be added to your invoice upon shipping. With Cyclist Heaven, we don't want you to be surprised with shipping charges you were not aware of, if you would like an exact quote or expedited shipping via UPS 2^nd day or UPS overnight services, please Contact Us at   Please request this service when ordering.

Normal UPS Ground shipping requires up to seven working days for delivery. International shipping is also available, using the most economical options, depending on the country.
